Edmonton Women's Press Club
Miriam Green Ellis had an active and longstanding career as a journalist in association with the Edmonton Women's Press Club (EWPC), the local branch of the Canadian Women's Press Club (CWPC). In addition to MGE, who served as the branch president, the EWPC's distinguished membership included two members of the Famous Five, Nellie McClung and Emily Murphy.
