Fort Providence to Fort Simpson
The next stop after Hay River was Fort Providence. Miriam Green Ellis visited the Catholic Mission here as well, in addition to the homes of the Slavie First Nation. At Fort Simpson, she attended a school concert at their Catholic Mission and toured the mission's operating room.
